Staff Accountant

  • Full-Time or Part-Time
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the general ledger, accounts payable, inter-company transactions, banking and month end close
  • Advanced QuickBooks skill helpful
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks independently

Data Architect

  • Full-Time
  • Minimum 9 years of experience in a technical field (developer, programmer, or technical business analyst)
  • More than 5 years demonstrated experience using SQL for data analysis
  • Can define, design, and build Data Warehouse models and translate business needs into long-term architecture solutions
  • Experience with cloud architecture and deployments (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Familiar with data transfers, disparate and diverse data schemas, mapping, normalization and transformation of databases, data modeling, and database development standards

Resident Billing Team Manager

  • Full time
  • Bachelor's degree and 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
  • Experience with property management, utility billing, and/or other operational leadership
  • Skilled at delegating, managing schedules and workflow, and taking ownership of final product
  • Strong communication and listening skills: considerate, responsive, persuasive, clear and direct, respectful, approachable, and open to change
  • Exceptional problem-solving and project management skills
